About This Event
Join us for Lead From Your Strengths: A YSEALI Leadership Lab, a two-part, in-person leadership experience designed for YSEALI alumni currently in Thailand.
This workshop creates a welcoming space where leadership grows from self-understanding, friendships are formed through shared stories, and healing begins through connection across cultures.
Across two connected sessions, participants will explore leadership through their personal strengths, lived experiences, and cultural perspectives. This experience is designed as a space to pause, reflect, reconnect, and grow alongside other young leaders from Southeast Asia.
Through guided reflection, storytelling, small-group dialogue, and cultural exchange, participants will deepen their self-awareness, strengthen relationships with fellow alumni, and explore how leadership can support resilience, compassion, and positive change.
This is not just a workshop. It is a space for Leadership, Friendship & Healing
