Session: Discover & Understand Your Strengths
Join us for an in-person leadership workshop designed for YSEALI alumni currently in Thailand.
This session focuses on discovering and understanding your strengths through reflection, storytelling, and shared experience. Participants will explore how their personal strengths have been shaped by their life journeys, cultures, and communities, and how these strengths influence the way they lead. This experience is designed as a space to pause, reflect, reconnect, and grow alongside other young leaders from Southeast Asia.
Grounded in the spirit of Leadership, Friendship & Healing, this session creates a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others.
